Directions: This can be used AM or PM. To use as a scalp treatment before shower, apply a small amount to the palm of your hand and massage into scalp and hair using just a little to start. Let it soak in for at least 30 minutes. Shampoo and condition as normal. If your hair is really fine, use less oil and/or double shampoo.For night use, apply roots to ends. You can wash in the morning as normal. When using after a shower, apply just a few drops to the palms of your hand and then start with the ends, then midsection and roots last to ensure hair does not get too oily.
