Have you ever seen the chest rubs at the store?! they have really funky ingredients that are so not necessary and use cheap fragrances and fillers. When I see a problem, I like to create a solution. My all natural chest rub contains only essential oils, no fragrances, no water, and only nourishing ingredients. 
To use, just rub fingers over the balm or dip into it like a salve, and rub on chest. The essential oils will work to help make breathing fresh air easier.
