If you purchase, I will provide you with a print out on uses and recipes but below are some ways that I use it to give you an idea.

I diffuse this around the house anytime I even hear a sniffle coming on. I also add some drops to a carrier oil and rub it on my kiddos feet, chest, or behind my ears.

It can be used around the house by adding a tablespoon to any household clean, vinegar, or distilled water for a powerful cleaning solution. Add a 1/2 teaspoon to any laundry detergent . Add a tablespoon to 1/4 cup Castile soap and water in any hand dispensing soap container. The possibilities are truly endless!

This is for external use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If you have pets, please research first. If you have smaller kids or babies, please research as well if you have any intention on application. I provide the undiluted version but if applying you must dilute as you would any other essential oil. Patch test and rub a small amount on wrist before using to ensure there are no allergic reactions. This is not diluted so smell will be strong and you must dilute with a carrier oil of choice to use.
